Our customers often ask us about onsite filtration. Companies that sell onsite filtration systems like to say they do as good a job as we do with our Pure Distillation Process.

What's the difference?

Notice the metal contaminants in onsite filtered product (Cu, Fe, Al -- copper, iron and aluminum). These metals weren't filtered out. They're still in the antifreeze. But how did they get there in the first place?

Glycolates. Glycolates are acids that form when antifreeze breaks down under heat. Instead of protecting your engine, glycolates corrode it. Glycolates in your onsite filtered antifreeze means your antifreeze will corrode your engine as soon as you put it in the radiator. Glycolates eat away at the metal in your engine leaving metal contaminants in your antifreeze.

What about the water?

Your onsite filtered antifreeze will need water to bring it to the proper freeze point. This means hard water scaling agents (CaC/Ca and MgC/Mg on the charts) are going right back into the radiator. Tap water also increases clorides (Cl) and sulfates (SO4) that corrode your engine.

Our Pure Distillation Process

Distillation means that antifreeze is boiled and then condensed, contaminant free, in a distillation tower. Our Pure Distilled Product is 100% glycol--no glycolates, metals, or hard water scaling agents. As pure as brand new antifreeze, at a much lower cost.

Not only is your antifreeze 100% pure, we add the chemicals manufacturers require for today's high performance motors. Our antifreeze is guaranteed to meet your manufacturer's specifications.

And that's not all. We mix your antifreeze with Pure Distilled water to bring it to your specified freeze point. All you have to do is put the antifreeze in the radiator. No mixing, no mess, no hassles.
